Sunset Divers: On Site Scuba Diving Operator

Sunset Divers is a PADI Resort Dive Operator and Scuba tour company located in the heart of Curaçao`s best dive sites!

What this means to you is that they maintain a high level of standards with regards to training programs as well as their dive tour business as a whole. They offer daily two tank boat departures from Sunset Waters Beach Resort as well as afternoon one tank boat dives. They offer boat night dives every Tuesday night and have the best shore diving reef on the island not 50 yards from the shop! The great instructor team offers  guests a wide range of classes from discover scuba diving programs to Divemaster courses.
The resort and dive shop are located in smack dab in the middle of Curacao’s best diving! We are 15 minutes from “Mushroom Forest” & 30 minutes from “Porto Marie”! Arguably the best dive sites on the island. Sunset Waters always give their customers the option of doing their own dive or following one of our dive guides. They have two beautiful custom dive boats and the customer service is unmatched on Curacao!
Scuba and snorkeling are fun. You’re Curacao dive center should be too.

Guest services include babysitting, car rentals, a tour desk, laundry, a gift shop, a free scheduled shuttle to town, and a dive center.

The resort features 70 guest rooms, most offering panoramic ocean views and private terraces. The 70 guest rooms here all include either a king size bed or two double beds, air conditioning, satellite color TV, direct dial phone, and a full private bathroom with shower. Some offer private balconies and superb water views. Adjoining rooms are available upon request.

Room Choices

• Standard - These comfortable rooms offer simple and modest furnishings with views of the garden and pool area.
• Superior - These large rooms are perched over a cliff and offer up-graded room interiors and fantastic ocean views from both the balcony and the room.
• Junior Suite - These are over sized superior rooms, typically corner suites, which offer a comfortable sitting area for added relaxation. These large rooms are perched over a cliff and offer fantastic ocean views from both the balcony and the room.
• One Bedroom Suites - The two-level one bedroom offers a sitting area with sofa bed, private bath and balcony with a stunning ocean view on the first floor. The up-stairs open-air loft features a sleeping area with a king size bed.
• Two Bedroom Suites - The two-bedroom unit offers a large sitting and dining area and a private bath on first floor. The second floor features two bedrooms with connecting private bath. These rooms also feature ocean views.
• Three Bedroom Suite - These rooms offer two queen or king and two double beds, a spectacular ocean view and a private balcony.

Restaurants
Guests may choose from one of two restaurants with magnificent ocean views, one of which offers a full breakfast buffet and cooked-to-order lunch and dinner. The menu changes with every meal, and special theme nights add to the dining variety.

The beach front bar offers lighter fare and cocktails during the hours of 11am - 5pm.

There are three bars on property, including a swim-up pool bar, and the nightly sunset cocktail reception provides the perfect way to end the day.

A full-service beach resort, Sunset Waters offers a wide variety of activities both on land and sea. From diving to tennis, from mini golf to kayaks, there are activities here for all interests.

Watersports
On the large, secluded beach you will find a fleet of kayaks, floats, pedal boats, and snorkel equipment, which are available for your use. The resort`s large swimming pool features a swim-up pool bar, and is home to many activities and games throughout the day.

On Land
Land activities abound here with an 18 hole mini golf course, a ping pong table, spinning bikes, and ocean to mountain view walking and jogging path, a children`s play area on the beach, and a lighted tennis court. If golf is your game, there is a handsome 18 hole golf course on the island just 25 minutes away. Sunset Waters can make arrangements for t-times.
